Both our surgeries run on the same computerised appointment system. You can contact either surgery to book an appointment, however, please inform the receptionist you speak to if you have a preference of location. Reception may ask for a brief idea of why you are needing an appointment, this is so that they can book you into the most appropriate appointment, for your needs.

Urgent Appointments

Urgent morning appointments are released each morning at 8am and urgent afternoon appointments are released each afternoon at 1pm.Reception may as for a brief idea of why you require an urgent appointment, this is so they can help you be seen by the most appropriate clinician, this also helps to filter the appointments to ensure that the emergency appointments are seen first.If you receive an urgent on the day appointment, you may be given a telephone call first, if so the doctor can ask you to come in later on in the day.

Appointment Information In Detail

We offer Nurse appointments for pre-booking up to 4 weeks in advance. The Doctors' appointments are released daily for weeks and days in advance as well as the Duty Doctor for medical emergencies.  

Which doctor?

As a patient you are registered with the practice not an individual GP. You can make an appointment with any of the Doctors at the practice. As medical records are now computerised, all Doctors, at any site can access your details. If you prefer, you can make an appointment with a Doctor of your choice. You may need to wait longer to get an appointment with a specific Doctor of your choice, as they may be in high demand at the time.
